1 lbs. Durham Ranch wild boar
1/2 TBS nutritional yeast
Dash of sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp parsley or basil
In a small bowl, mix all spices together.
Next, sprinkle over boar and knead into meat until all spices are well combined.
